General remark

When you visit my website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. Data security

An informal message, e.g. by e-mail, to me is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data collection on this website

On the one hand, your data is recorded by my IT systems when you visit the website. This data (server log files and log files) is collected automatically as soon as you enter my website. Other data is collected and stored based on your message to me. This can be z. B. be data that you send me by e-mail or communicate verbally over the phone.

Server and Page Log Files

When you visit my website, your browser automatically transmits data to me. This information is stored for a limited time in server log files and log files. The storage is based on my legitimate interest. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server:

Log files are stored to help investigate problems with the website by analyzing web server logs and displaying relevant warning and error messages. The log files are deleted after 7 days. The IP addresses are stored anonymously. The log files are stored for security reasons, e.g. B. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. The storage period is 90 days. If data has to be kept for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons for me. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Contact by e-mail / telephone or post

When you contact me, I will receive personal data from you. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated administration. Personal data is all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you – for example your name, email address and telephone number.

The legal basis for processing the data is my legitimate interest in answering your request. Your data will be deleted once your request has been processed. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified and provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on a virtual server by an external service provider. The personal data collected via this website is stored on the provider’s server. The provider will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and follow our instructions in relation to this data.

In order to ensure data protection-compliant processing, I have concluded an order processing contract with the provider. The provider is used on the basis of my legitimate interest in ensuring that my online offer is made available quickly and efficiently.
